N.Y./GLEN COVE LODGE 1016/ORDER OF SONS OF ITALY IN AMERICA/OCTOBER 12, 1964 signed Description:  Full-length figure of Christopher Columbus. He holds a furled flag in his proper right hand. The flagpole rests on the ground near his proper right foot. He holds a sword in his proper left hand. The sword is pointed down and the tip touches the ground. He wears a short, skirted tunic and cloak. The bronze sculpture stands on a rectangular granite base.
