    Description: 
    Relief plaque depicts maps of Alaska and eastern Russia. Beneath the islands of the Aleutian Chain are two hands shaking. A sailing ship appears in the lower right corner. Respective emblems of Russia and the United States, the double-headed eagle and the American eagle, appear over the land masses of Russian-Siberia and Alaska. The bronze plaque is mounted on a stainless steel plate, which is mounted on rocky cliff.
