Located Nine Partners Road between Interstate 81 & U. S. 11, Harford, Pennsylvania

The sculpture honors the original settlers of Harford township and marks the spot where they made a land agreement 100 years earlier. The nine men were E. Titus, B. Follet, H Tiffany, S. Thather, M. Thatcher, J. Carpenter, J. Carpenter, D. Carpenter and C. Richardson. Each man received an equal parcel of land at the cost of $1.33 per acre.
