A figure of a woman stands bundled up against a cold winter's morning, wearing a large, dark red hat which is pulled down over her forehead almost covering her eyes. Her face is white with pink on the cheeks and nose. The lower part of her face covered by a long, bright blue shawl under which her arms are concealed. The shawl is over a long, grey garment with bright green buttons, under which is the hem of an orange garment with a dark red spot. One foot is bare and painted white, and the other foot has a gold sock and a shoe of two-toned purple with a green sole. The figure stands on a low circular base which is painted with wide stripes of dark blue and dark forest on the top and dark blue and rusty brown on the sides.
