    Remarks:
The sculpture was supported by a grant from the Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation and state resources. The project was initiated locally by the Sussex County Arts Council. Most of the materials were donated, while hands on assistance came from residents, and various groups including Habitat for Humanity and Deccasa. The blocks symbolize Latin and native American themes. IAS files contain transcription on adjacent plaque and an undated article by Annette C. Silva in the News Journal.
