    Description: 
    Two bas-relief limestone panels on either side of the main entrance to a building. Each panel consists of a tall central male figure flanked by five smaller male figures. The central figure on the right panel wears a cap and gown and holds a diploma in his hands. On his proper left is an artist and a robed figure with a globe. The central figure on the left panel wears trousers and is bare chested. He holds a wrench in his proper left hand and a hoe in his proper right hand. The smaller figures on the figure's proper right are engaged in welding and casting metal; the figures on the proper left are engaged in farming and agriculture.
