(Incised on base are honor rolls for World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and Desert Storm) unsigned

Two eagles are perched atop the central junction of three panels. Each panel has honor rolls on both sides. Beneath the central junction is a planter with flowers. Around the perimeter of the planter is a ledge for seating.
