    A small stone wall, originally part of a fountain, is adorned with a relief portrait of a Native-American male.

    Remarks: 
    The fountain was originally located on Fayette Street, but was later moved to Sutcliffe Park. However when fountain suffered vandalism and deterioration due to exposure to the harsh elements, the Conshohocken Historical Society moved the relief portion of the Indian Head Fountain to its current location in the backyard of the family home of Joe Collins on Forrest Street. The water trough portion of the fountain remains in Sutcliffe Park.
