    Description: 
    A standing soldier with his rifle barrel clasped before him in both hands (proper left over proper right). The butt of the rifle rests on the ground near the proper right foot. Proper left foot is placed forward of proper right; soldier looks straight ahead. Soldier stands atop a multi-tiered base with text.
