    Description: 
    Relief busts of General John Sullivan and General James Clinton, encircled with wreaths on a plaque. Between the wreaths is an eagle with wings outspread and crossed flags on triangle-tipped flag sticks held in its claws. Below the wreaths is a relief map of the area now known as New York State and Pennsylvania extending as far north as Forts Oswego and Stanwix, west to Fort Niagra and south to Wyoming and Easton. Map figures include foot soldiers, Indians and mounted troops. The plaque is attached to a stele.
