    A rectangular grey granite marker with an arched top is adorned on the front with a portrait of Patsy Sebastian Pizzuto etched on a circle of black granite. On the back of the marker is the insignia of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States and a poem entitled "Success" by Ralph Waldo Emerson.
