    Description: 
    Full-length male figure standing on top of a tall granite base. His proper right foot is slightly forward, and his proper left arm is extended, with a pointing index finger. He looks down with his head bent slightly forward. At the foot of the base, a kneeling robed woman, writes "With Malice Toward None" with her proper right hand.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was paid for by local subscription. The casting was made by Hastings in New York and was shipped form Philadelphia to Bunker Hill on June 9, 1904. The sculpture was damaged by a tornado in 1948, and by a car accident in 1989.
