Inscription:  (Bottom of plaque:) ELIZABETH "LIBBY" KELLOGG/WOMEN DEDICATED TO THE PRESERVATION/AND ENHANCEMENT OF OUR PAST,/OUR PRESENT AND OUR FUTURE/DONATED BY GRECO INDUSTRIES unsigned Description:  Plaque with a bas-relief profile of Elizabeth Kellogg, a local activist and preservationist, mounted on a triangular-shaped granite boulder. Upon her death in 1989, Mr. Greco, owner of Greco Industries, provided funding for a memorial to her. An artist-craftsman employed by Greco Industries created the work.
