    The sculpture was originally erected as part of an annual outdoor sculpture exhibition at Heritage Village. Its signage format has been controversial. IAS files contain copies of related articles, including one from New Art Examiner, Jan. 1989.
    The sculpture was totally refurbished in Nov. 1997-Dec. 1998.
