3 figures. Mermaid: approx. 76 x 26 x 36 in.; Man with spyglass: approx. 6 ft. x 19 in. x 2 ft.; Middle figure: approx. 57 1/2 x 24 x 22 in.

Three figures, two male and one mermaid, are installed on opposite ends of a rooftop sign which reads "Land's End Resort." The two males are over the word "Land." The figure on the end wears foul weather gear and is looking through a spyglass. A bearded figure kneels on his proper right knee and holds a long-handled fishing net whose netting is tattered. A long-haired mermaid is seated on the other end, over the letter "T."
