    Remarks: 
    The memorial was placed at the entrance to the newly acquired town golf course in honor of long-time public servant and selectman Charles A. Kelley who died Oct. 23, 1988. The golf course was renamed Kelley Greens in his honor. IAS files contain a newspaper article from the Lynn Item, June 18, 1990.
