    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was originally commissioned and purchased by Health Care International, through the Fine Arts Associates at the Artloft. In 1989, the entire medical center, including all art work, was sold to the present owner, Kapiolani Medical Center. According to the artist, the theme of the volcano and water is symbolic of rebirth, life and healing. The fountain base has interior lights.
