    A a very realistic depiction of a young man sitting on a step eating his lunch and reading a book. He holds a hamburger which has a bit taken out of it in his proper right hand and a open book in his proper left hand. He is casually dressed with his shirt sleeves rolled up past his elbows.

    This piece is one of an edition of seven. Each of the seven casts is slightly different, depending on the owner and location of the piece. Sculpture is on indefinte loan from the artist. The photograph which appears in the Gayle and Cohen publication is of a cast of the sculpture in a different location.
