Description:
A figure of Jesus portrayed as a young boy placed atop a two tiered base with an inscribed die and simple cornice. Jesus, dressed in a loose flowing tunic, stands barefoot atop a stylized cloud formation, and lowers both hands out in front of him with palms facing outward.

Remarks:
Edward Labrie of the City Coal Company donated the sculpture, which was imported from Carrara, Italy, by Thomas Mulvanity. Thomas Mulvanity gave the granite base for the sculpture. The sculpture formerly stood elsewhere on the rectory lawn, closer to the rectory and Crown Street. IAS files contain a related excerpts from "75th Anniversary of Infant Jesus Parish," Nashua, 1984, pg. 1, 14, 15; and "Jubliate 1909-1934 25ieme Anniversaire de la Fondation de la Paroisse Saint Enfant Jesus," Nashua, New Hampshire, 1934, pg. 3.
