Dimensions:  Figure: approx. 50 x 21 x 14 in.; Base: approx. 61 x 41 x 41 in. Inscription:  (On front of base, incised letters:) ARCHICONFRERIE/ENFANT JESUS unsigned Description:  A figure of Jesus portrayed as a young boy placed atop a two tiered base with an inscribed die and simple cornice. Jesus, dressed in a loose flowing tunic, stands barefoot atop a stylized cloud formation, and lowers both hands out in front of him with palms facing outward. Subject:  Religion -- New Testament -- Christ Object Type:  Outdoor Sculpture -- New Hampshire -- Nashua Sculpture Owner:  Infant Jesus Church, 121 Allds Street, Lawn of parish rectory, Nashua, New Hampshire 03060 Remarks:  Edward Labrie of the City Coal Company donated the sculpture, which was imported from Carrara, Italy, by Thomas Mulvanity. Thomas Mulvanity gave the granite base for the sculpture. The sculpture formerly stood elsewhere on the rectory lawn, closer to the rectory and Crown Street.
