A full-length, standing figure of Jesus depicted as a barefoot, bearded man with shoulder-length hair, wearing a full-length robe with the Sacred Heart on its breast. Both arms are bent at the elbow and both hands point to the Sacred Heart.

Commissioned from Italy by the Armijo family around 1911 to decorate the tomb of Nestor Armijo, who died on May 7, 1911. Initially installed at the San Jose Cemetery, it was moved to the vestibule of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Cathedral after being repeatedly vandalized. In October, 1993, it was relocated outside.
