A finial design atop a building. A spire is topped with a half-sphere with a cone on top of it. A four foot long salamander crawls down the spire. Two winged dragons sit on opposite of the spire.

The dragons, as a protective theme, may be related to the original owner of the building--an insurance company. Prior to building's restoration in 1980, the sculpture may have been in storage for approximately 20 years. SOS! survey reports that the current owner is either Western Mt. Historical Properties or Holiday Management Company.
