    Description: 
    A figure of a mustached Civil War soldier, dressed in a military uniform consisting of a knee-length jacket, a cape, and a brimmed cap, stands at parade rest holding the barrel of a rifle with both hands, the butt resting near his proper right foot. The figure is placed atop an inscribed two-tiered base with a tapered sloping cap.
