Remarks:
The sculpture cost $2,800. It was purchased by New Detroit, Inc. and presented to the city. It may have been relocated within the park in 1986. IAS files contain related correspondence with the artist and city, dated March 6, 1972; Nov. 21, 1972, and March 24, 1976. IAS files also contain Nov. 1, 1972 newsclipping from unidentified paper, referencing gift of artwork to the city.
