Description:
A multi-part abstract sculpture consisting of four separate elements. The central element is a tower composed of different architectural motifs. Located next to the tower is a pair of concrete pathways that resemble the tracks left by a bulldozer. At the terminus of the tracks are three steel arrows pointing to a large boulder. The elements combine to symbolize the growing progress of the city of Hoover.

The total cost of the sculpture was $50,000. The Bluff Park Art Association, who commissioned the sculpture, contributed $20,000; the Alabama State Council of the Arts contributed $3,000; additional funding and services were donated by local construction firms and the City of Hoover.
