Description:
Four identical female figures in Art Deco style, presented from the waist up, with long hair falling down on their shoulders. The reliefs are positioned in pairs flanking either side of the courthouse entrance, high up near the top of the courthouse.

Remarks:
The sculpture was designed by George Williamson and Miles Brittelle, and built by Lembke Construction Co., possibly as part of the Works Progress Administration. Additional information on the sculpture is housed in the State Archives, WPA file #204.
