Description:
Two standing females, wearing full-length, sleeveless dresses with shoulders and arms partially draped, flank an inscribed, central tablet. Each figure rests her inside arm on the top edge of the tablet, touching a wreath of flowers laying horizontally on the top center of the tablet. Each female turns her head inward and looks down at the flower wreath. The proper left female holds an object in her proper left palm at her waist. The sculpture rests on a flat, rectangular foundation. A decorative urn rests on the foundation at each end of the sculpture.

Remarks:
The sculpture remembers husband and wife, Edward Owen King and Tommie Rider King. Mrs. King died in 1929 at the age of 54. Mr. King died in 1936. IAS files contain obituaries for Mr. and Mrs. King from the Pine Bluff Commercial, Oct. 21, 1929, pg. 1, and Aug. 5, 1936, pg. 1.
