Inscription:  Creative Display Inc./431 Holtan Street/Sparta, Wisconsin 54656 (On plaque on right side of base:) (FRAGILE FINS)/PLEASE DO NOT/CLIMB ON FISH. (On plaque on front of base:) WELCOME.TO/GARRISON.MN. unsigned Description:  Walleye Pike supported by two beams on metal base which rests on a wooden base. Box 123, Garrison, Minnesota 56450 Located Mille Lacs Lake, Garrison Concourse in Wayside Park, Concourse Way off Highway 169, Garrison, Minnesota 56359 Remarks:  The sculpture first appeared in August 1979 during the Garrison Walleye Festival Parade. The sculpture was later installed on the Garrison Concourse, property of the Garrison Commerical Club. In Sept. 2015 vandals wrapped the fish in a large net, which was removed the next day.
