    Description: 
    An abstract, geometric sculpture consisting of a central pole with four rectangular panels attached to it. The panels alternate in color between black and red and move in the wind. A faint, barber-pole design is barely visible on the center pole. The sculpture is mounted on a rectangular base.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture has been moved twice. It was originally installed at the Great Southwest Industrial Park (later known as Gateway Industrial Park, and Atlanta Gateway Park) and remained there until at least the fall of 1981. Sometime after the Park's owner went bankrupt, the sculpture was removed; and by 1984 the sculpture was located outside the Fulton County Police department. It was subsequently moved to its current location outside the Juvenile Court.
