Inscription:  (North end of fountain:) In Memory of/John Alden Rife/Farmer, Banker and/Industrial Leader/of Benton County/November-1979 Description:  A fountain with a concrete basin with conglomerate stone panels leading up to a metal rim that surrounds the pool. There are three sculptural elements at either end of the pool, with a taller one in the middle, each a fountain. The end pieces consist of two "bowls" with eye-shaped raised edges. The central piece has three "bowls." The fountain is surrounded by a short fence.
