    Remarks:
The sculpture is a reproduction of an original sculpture by an unknown artist which stood on the roof of town hall for over a century. The original was badly damaged in the 1991 hurricane. In addition to creating the new sculpture, Warren helped restore the town hall. Cost of the sculpture was $13,000; $3,000 was donated by the Masonic Temple of Exeter. At the time of SOS! survey, the original sculpture was stored at the Exeter Historical Society (see NH000315). IAS files contain copy of related correspondence and copy of related article from Exeter News-Letter, July 31, 1992.
