    Erected under the auspices of the S. M. Olmstead Post No. 387, Grand Army of the Republic to honor veterans of the Civil and Spanish American Wars. It was funded through public subscription for approximately $1,600. IAS files contain an excerpt from "'Grip's' Historical Souvenir of Pulaski."
