Medium:  Sculpture: grey marble; Base: stone. Dimensions:  Sculpture: approx. 36 x 24 x 72 in.; Base: approx. 8 x 27 x 18 in. Description:  Two standing grey marble elephants, one on each side of the entrance to the Chancellery. The elephants are adorned with traditional Indian ceremonial saddles and head pieces. Each elephant stands on a low rectangular base.
