Description:
A cast-iron wheel originally used for rolling sod is the central element in the work. A cast-bronze six-holed form for holding bread dough, with the bronze sprues still attached, reaches from the floor to the top of the wheel. Above the wheel is an open fan, and a movable disk cantilevers off the fan.
