    Remarks:
The fountain was commissioned by Eagle Pointe Harbor. The design of the top sections of the columns was inspired by clouds, and the original title of the fountain was "Cloud Stones." According to the artist "the columns were inspired by the ceremonial stone megaliths and monoliths left by ancient man throughout continental Europe and the British Isles."
