Remarks:
The painting was exhibited in Philadelphia in 1907; and at the Charles E. Cobb Gallery in Boston in 1910. At that time, it was lent by William S. Kaula, Esq. The current owner purchased the painting in Newport, Maine in the 1970s.
Attached to back of board is label from "Fourth Annual Philadelphia Water Color Exhibition, 1907," with name of artist, title and return address.
