    Description: 
    Various architectural decorations for doors and entrances of the courthouse. Above the entrance is of man holding a scythe and standing with bushels of wheat. The Dauphin County seal depicts a coat of arms with and eagle on top flanked by a Native American on the left and a settler with a rifle on the right. In front of the courthouse is a nude male figure standing on top of a dragon to symbolize "Youth Crushing Evil." He holds a bundle of arrows in his proper left hand and raises his proper right arm.
