Inscription:  (At ground level of vertical rectangular element, raised lettering:) DYKSTRA 90 signed Description:  An abstract, welded sculpture consisting of three major geometric elements - rectangular, circular, trapezoidal - arranged in sequence along a horizontal axis. They stand on edge and appear to support each other. Two arcs of steel interconnect the three elements. The sculpture stands on a series of twelve, rectangular concrete tiles, which cover a mostly subterranean foundation of poured concrete block. The sculpture receives a yearly application of boiled linseed oil.
