    Description: 
    Relief plaque depicts three horses at full gallop pulling a steam pumper. The two leading horses are seen in profile, while the third horse turns toward the viewer. The driver, one wheel of the pumper can be seen behind the horses. Smoke is pouring from the stack of the pumper.
