    Remarks: 
    The sculpture cost $69,000 and was commissioned by Mayor Ralph J. Perk for the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. It was dedicated during the 50th anniversary of the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. IAS files contain related articles from the Plain Dealer (Cleveland, OH), Dec. 27, 1976, pg. 14-A and Nov. 18, 1976 which discuss concerns expressed by the Cleveland Fine Arts Advisory Committee and others that the sculpture was not the right scale for the airport site.
