    Description:
An installation at entryway to rodeo grounds. Includes a large curved adobe wall with a wagon wheel at the top. Local school children ornamented the wall's surface with hand prints and other decorations. Next to the wall is a seated figure of a pioneer woman, also made of adobe. She wears a sunbonnet, tied in a bow beneath her chin, eyeglasses, an ankle-length dress and a long-sleeved sweater. Behind her, off to the side, is a cowboy sitting on a wood fence with rope inscription. The cowboy is made of chicken wire, stove pipe and other recycled materials. He has a horseshoe moustache and metal cowboy hat, belt and boots. Behind the adobe wall, to the proper left of the cowboy, are two bulls also made of recycled metal. One bull is standing. The other, seated, is made of rubber tires and other recycled materials.
