Description:
Figure of Herman Davis stands at attention in front of a tall shaft. He wears a World War I uniform which includes a soft hat, pocket jacket, pants and wrapped leggings. The shaft is flanked by an Arkansas State Flag and the national flag on either side.

Remarks:
