Description:
A relief sculpture of an eagle carved out of brick. The eagle is in flight and carries arrows in one claw and branches in the other. The eagle is depicted in front of a circular background with stars and stripes. Part of one wing extends out over the border of the circular background. Beneath the relief is a rectangular brick base.
