Description:
Figure grouping of three nude females. They stand in a circle and face out. Each has her proper right leg slightly raised and bent. Their arms are raised high overhead. One of the figures holds an infant; another holds a cluster of grapes. The sculpture stands atop a multi-tiered round pedestal which sits in the center of a fountain. The basin of the fountain is supported by a round column. Three figures, half-human, sit around the column on pedestals. The figures are playing instruments. The fountain stands in the center of a lake.

Remarks:
The sculpture was commissioned by Milton Hershey in 1909. Upon receipt, Mr. Hershey donated the sculpture to the city of Harrisburg. The sculpture was initially installed in Reservoir Park and was later moved to the Polyclinic Rose Garden. In 1971 it was relocated to its present site at Italian Lake. Madeline Stokes was the model for the sculpture.
