    Description: 
    A figure of a mustached Civil War soldier, dressed in a knee-length jacket, a cape, and a kepi, stands at parade rest holding the barrel of a rifle with both hands, the butt rests at his feet. The soldier wears a belt around his waist with a bayonet in a scabbard hanging on the proper right side. A tree stump is adjoined to the soldier's proper left leg. The soldier is placed atop a multitiered base.
