A fountain featuring a seal pup with its belly on a rock and its head and tail up in the air. An orange starfish and mollusks are on the rock. Surrounding the sculpture is a circular base which sits in a circular fountain basin. Compass directions are embedded in the plaza surrounding the fountain.
