Inscription:  (Marble plaque on upper front of base, raised:) IN MEMORY/OF/LORENE (MOM) RATHBUN/FIRST MOTHER OF 20-30 (Marble plaque on bottom front and rear of base:) Erected by/20-30 Club/1946 unsigned Description:  Circular slab featuring a relief of a half-empty hourglass. The numbers "20" and "30" are on either side of the hourglass and the outer ring of the slab has an "S" at the 2, 4, 8, and 10 o'clock positions. The slab stands atop a base with inscribed plaques.
