Sculpture: approx. 6 ft. x 2 ft. x 18 in.; Base: approx. 30 in. x 2 ft. x 2 ft.

A full-length figure of St. Vincent de Paul cradling a baby in his crooked proper left arm, his proper right hand touching the baby's foot. St. Vincent has a beard and wears ecclesiastical dress, including a cap and a long flowing garment that is belted and has buttons. Over the garment is a long, sleeveless cloak. The sculpture is mounted upon a square base and set in a niche with an elaborate canopy, over a church entrance.

The sculpture was originally placed on the previous church at the same location. That church was dedicated on Sept. 4, 1880. It burned but the sculpture was saved and placed on the new church, which was dedicated in 1926. The 1993 SOS! survey reports that the sculpture was restored in the last ten years.
