Moved to the center of the midway during the fair. After the fair, it is placed back at the entrance to the fairgrounds. When it is located at the entrance, one part of it rests on a sign that reads: CHEBOYGAN COUNTY/FAIR/CHEBOYGAN MICHIGAN.
