    Description: 
    Uniformed World War I soldier stands at a gravesite. His proper left foot rests on a small hill, by a cross marker. His rifle is slung onto his proper right shoulder. His tin hat hangs by its strap from his proper right arm. The sculpture stands on a rough-hewn base.
