    Remarks:
The sculpture was fabricated following the artist's death and the project was supervised by Richard Bastow and completed by the Metal Fabrications Technology students. The sculpture is dedicated to those who have served the college in its first 25 years. According to the artist, the triangle stands upright, representing our dealings with others; the square represents a foundation in education for a better life; and the circle represents friendship and love. IAS files contain a related article from the Sun-Journal (Lewiston, ME), Nov. 17, 1989; and a related article from Metal Trades Technology (Fall 1989), the college's newsletter. IAS files contain a copy of the blueprint of original scale drawings of the three parts.
